At Bluesamyou, we strive to provide high-quality discount codes and excellent customer service. Due to the digital nature of our products, we have specific policies regarding refunds and replacements. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
2. Digital Products - General Policy
As our products are digital discount codes that are delivered instantly, all sales are generally considered final once the codes have been delivered to your email. This is because digital products cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense, and once a code is revealed, we cannot verify whether it has been used.
3. Eligible Refund Situations
We will consider refunds in the following circumstances:
- Non-delivery: If you do not receive your codes within 24 hours of purchase and our support team cannot resolve the issue
- Duplicate charges: If you were charged multiple times for the same order
- Technical errors: If a technical error on our end prevented you from receiving valid codes
- Invalid codes at time of delivery: If all codes provided were already clipped or invalid at the time of delivery (must be reported within 48 hours)
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will NOT be provided in the following situations:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Codes used on ineligible products (e.g., Kmart Marketplace items)
- Codes that were valid at delivery but later became clipped (unless Premium subscriber)
- Failure to use codes before they expire
- Issues caused by providing incorrect email address
- Retailer refusing to honor a valid code for reasons outside our control
- Requests made more than 30 days after purchase
5. Premium Subscriber Benefits
Premium subscribers enjoy enhanced protection
If you have purchased Premium tier codes, you are entitled to:
- Free replacement: If your code is clipped before you can use it, we will provide a replacement code at no additional cost
- Priority support: Your refund/replacement requests will be processed with priority
- Extended reporting window: You have 7 days (instead of 48 hours) to report issues with codes
6. Subscription Cancellation
For Premium subscription services:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
- No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing period
- After cancellation, you retain access to Premium features until the end of the paid period

7. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund or replacement:

- Include your order confirmation number or the email used for purchase
- Clearly describe the issue you experienced
- Provide any relevant screenshots or evidence (e.g., error messages, clipped code notifications)
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2-3 business days.
8. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. The exact timing depends on your financial institution. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
9. Replacements vs Refunds
In many cases, we may offer a replacement code instead of a refund. Replacements are often faster and allow you to still benefit from the discount you intended to use. If you prefer a refund over a replacement, please indicate this in your support request.
10. Dispute Resolution
If you are unsatisfied with our response to your refund request, please reply to our support email explaining your concerns. We will escalate your case for further review. We are committed to fair resolution of all disputes and will work with you to find a satisfactory outcome.
11. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this refund policy is intended to limit or exclude any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law. If our goods or services do not meet the consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law, you may be entitled to a remedy regardless of this policy.
