Bluesamyou provides a marketplace for purchasing digital discount codes for use at participating retailers including Kmart, Target, and Officeworks (instore only, requires premium). Our services include:

• Sale of digital discount codes (Basic tier)
• Premium subscription services with enhanced features including barcode generation and code replacement
• Instant delivery of purchased codes via email
• Customer support for order-related inquiries

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By using this website and making purchases, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms of Service.

4. Account and Purchases

When making a purchase, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information, including a valid email address
• Be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your discount codes
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your email/orders
• Not share, resell, or distribute purchased codes to third parties for commercial purposes
• Use codes only for personal purchases at supported retailers

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are subject to change without notice. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

• Basic codes: $20.00 per code (or $15.00 each for bulk orders of 10+)
• Premium subscription: Additional $7.50 per month per code
• All sales are final except as outlined in our Refund Policy

6. Premium Subscription Terms

If you purchase Premium tier codes:

• You will be billed $7.50 per code per month automatically
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account or by contacting support
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• Premium features include barcode generation for in-store use and free code replacement if a code is clipped

7. Code Usage and Limitations

Regarding the use of purchased discount codes:

• Each code is for single use only
• Codes are valid for Kmart, Target, and Officeworks (instore only, requires premium) purchases only
• Codes are NOT valid for Kmart Marketplace or products fulfilled by Kmart
• We do not guarantee code availability or acceptance by retailers
• Retailers may have their own terms and conditions that apply to code usage
• Maximum purchase quantity is 100 codes per transaction

8. Intellectual Property

The content, features, and functionality of this website are owned by Bluesamyou and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this site without our express written permission.

9. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services
• Resell or commercially distribute purchased codes
• Use automated systems or software to extract data from our website
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We do not guarantee that discount codes will be accepted by retailers or that any particular discount will be applied. Your use of the service is at your sole risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bluesamyou shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use or inability to use our services. Our total liability for any claims arising from these terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the preceding 12 months.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bluesamyou and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of our services, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
